The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC or Commission) has updated its COVID-19 guidance, in the form of new Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) posted on the agency’s website, to more clearly address the extent to which employers are permitted to provide employees with incentives to become vaccinated or in the alternative implement a mandatory COVID-19 vaccine policy.
