The Center for Workplace Compliance (CWC) held its 2023 Workplace Equity Policy Conference earlier this month to highlight the ever-changing landscape of compliance, diversity, equity and inclusion, and workplace risk management. The two-day virtual conference consisted of ten substantive sessions, including presentations by Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Director Jenny Yang, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Vice Chair Jocelyn Samuels, OFCCP Director of Enforcement Bob LaJeunesse, and representatives from the Federal Interagency Technical Working Group on Race and Ethnicity Standards.
