The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has published its proposed Strategic Enforcement Plan (SEP) for 2023–2027. The document adds artificial intelligence and algorithmic decisionmaking, as well as mandatory pregnancy accommodations, as new areas of focus for the agency over the next five years. The EEOC is accepting public comments on its draft SEP until February 9, 2023.
