On January 20, 2021, President Biden appointed sitting Democratic Commissioner Charlotte Burrows to be the new Chair of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), ending Republican Janet Dhillon’s tenure as the Chair. We thought it might be helpful to provide a summary of how this change in leadership has impacted a number of EEOC initiatives that were aggressively implemented by Ms. Dhillon in her last few weeks as the Chair.
