As part of the transition between national administrations, especially in cases where the opposite party takes control as happened most recently, it is not uncommon to see changes within the senior ranks of any federal agency. This process can play out over an extended period of time as key personnel depart and are replaced.
This certainly is true at the Labor Department’s (DOL) Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), where departures of a number of senior national office and regional officials have left key positions either open or without a permanent replacement, a year-and-a-half into the Trump Administration.
Therefore, we thought it might be helpful to provide an OFCCP key personnel update to give a status report on where things stand today.
