The Biden Administration has published its latest semi-annual regulatory agenda, a document required by statute that contains a list of each regulatory action federal agencies plan to take during the next 12 months, along with a time estimate by each agency as to when the action will be taken.

As was the case with the agenda it supersedes, the new document is packed with initiatives designed to reverse regulatory actions implemented during the Trump Administration. Unlike its predecessor, however, this latest agenda includes several new workplace-related initiatives that when implemented will require employers to disclose more information to the government and to the public, including federal contractor relationships with subcontractors, the diversity of boards of directors, and other human capital metrics.
