The law firm of Norton Rose Fulbright LLP recently released its 13th annual litigation trends survey, reflecting the input of more than 300 corporate lawyers, the majority of whom are U.S.-based or represent U.S.-based organizations. The annual survey includes questions on a range of issues, such as what types of claims and disputes are of most concern to corporate counsel and how many lawsuits, arbitrations, and/or regulatory actions were filed against their companies.

According to the survey results, although labor and employment disputes were the most common type of litigation filed, survey respondents listed regulatory investigations followed by class actions as the two issues of highest concern.
