The Labor Department’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has published a new Corporate Scheduling Announcement List (CSAL) identifying 400 federal construction contractors and subcontractors flagged for an upcoming compliance review, with audits scheduled to begin in mid-October. The construction contractor CSAL comes on the heels of the supply and services contractor CSAL that OFCCP posted earlier this summer.
Under current OFCCP policy, contractor establishments that are identified on the CSAL are given 45 days advance notice prior to receiving a formal audit scheduling letter, and thus flagged federal construction contractors, federally assisted contractors and federally assisted subcontractors listed on the CSAL should begin receiving OFCCP’s recently approved new construction contractor Scheduling Letter as early as the middle of next month.
