The Labor Department’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has published new landing pages on its website describing what federal contractors can expect if they get scheduled for a possible promotion or accommodation “focused review” at some point in the future.

A few weeks ago, OFCCP posted its annual Corporate Scheduling Announcement Lists (CSALs), identifying 2,450 federal contractor establishments (or functions) for a compliance evaluation in the coming months, with audits scheduled to begin as soon as late this month. As we reported, the CSALs for the first time listed 500 contractor establishments flagged for a “Promotion” focused review and 500 contractor establishments flagged for an “Accommodation” focused review, without providing any explanation as to what these new types of audits would entail.
