The Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) is proposing to revise its Form CC-4, the document that applicants and employees of federal contractors can use to file complaints of alleged discrimination with the agency under the laws that OFCCP enforces.

The changes are being proposed in conjunction with the routine renewal of the CC-4 that OFCCP must seek from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) every three years pursuant to the requirements of the federal Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA).

OFCCP’s proposed changes to the form are relatively minor.  For the most part, they simply include revisions made necessary by agency actions since the current version was approved regarding the addition of sexual orientation and gender identity as protected bases under Executive Order 11246, and OFCCP’s publication of its final pay transparency rule.

Public comments on the proposal are due by August 30, 2016.
