As anticipated, the Labor Department’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has published a Request for Information (RFI) seeking “comments, information, and materials from the public relating to workplace trainings that involve race or sex stereotyping or scapegoating.” The RFI was published on October 22, 2020, in response to President Trump’s recent (and controversial) Executive Order (E.O.) 13950 that among other things prohibits federal contractors and subcontractors from conducting workplace training programs that include race or sex “stereotyping or scapegoating.”
