The Labor Department’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) announced that it soon will release to a public interest group the consolidated 2016-2020 EEO-1 reports of some 20,000 entities that did not file timely FOIA objections to release of the data. OFCCP’s action comes in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request filed by the Center for Investigative Reporting (CIR). Note: Since the memorandum from our affiliated nonprofit membership association, the Center for Workplace Compliance (CWC), was published, OFCCP extended the deadline for filing objections to February 17, 2023.
