The Labor Department’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) announced this week that it is extending until March 3, 2023, the deadline for contractors to respond to its planned public release of thousands of EEO-1s from calendar years 2016-2020. OFCCP also announced that it will remove from the non-objector list published February 2 those entities that it included incorrectly. OFCCP is on the verge of releasing thousands of consolidated Type 2 EEO-1 Reports to a public interest group in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.
