The White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has given final approval to a request by the Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) to make minor changes to the Scheduling Letter and accompanying Itemized Listing used by OFCCP to initiate compliance evaluations.
Under the terms of clearance, the revised documents will be valid for three years through June 2019. OFCCP will begin using the revised documents immediately for any compliance evaluation scheduled on or after July 1, 2016.
OMB approved the version of the revised Scheduling Letter submitted by OFCCP to OMB in April of this year. That version reflected several positive changes from the agency’s original draft proposal, many of which were recommended in comments written by NT Lakis lawyers and filed with OFCCP.
