NT Lakis lawyers are pleased to present the latest installment in “CWC Interstate,” an initiative that we launched earlier this year exclusively for the use of members of the Center for Workplace Compliance (CWC). CWC Interstate is designed to help employers stay on top of important state and local workplace compliance developments.
Our South-Central Region update summarizes developments that have occurred since our last Central Region update in March and since our last Southern Region update in May. We have since combined these two regions in order to enhance our ability to cover the very latest developments in a timely way.
