The Trump Administration has published its fifth semi-annual regulatory agenda covering regulatory actions that federal agencies, including the Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), plan to take during the next 12 months, along with a projected timeline as to when the action is expected to be taken.

NT Lakis attorneys have prepared a guide with updates on selected items of interest to employers contained in the regulatory agendas of the Department of Labor (DOL), the EEOC, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), and the immigration enforcement components of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), as well as a regulatory action involving the Federal Acquisition Regulatory (FAR) Council. Of particular interest are the inclusion of new initiatives regarding procedures used by OFCCP to resolve violations, as well as possible changes to the regulations implementing the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

The complete government-wide semi-annual regulatory agendas are available online.
