The Center for Workplace Compliance (CWC), our affiliated nonprofit membership association, has compiled a digest of state and local workplace laws to help members track laws that will take effect on or about January 1, 2026.

The digest covers a variety of topics, including paid and unpaid leave, minimum wage increases, and artificial intelligence.
