The Center for Workplace Compliance (CWC) has filed a comment letter with the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) supporting a proposal from the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) to begin using a new pre-complaint inquiry form (Form CC-390) that people will complete before filing a formal discrimination complaint with OFCCP. In January, OFCCP announced its intention to seek OMB approval to use the form, and CWC filed comments generally supporting the new form but recommending some clarifications. OFCCP subsequently submitted a formal approval request to OMB in April with a slightly modified version of the form consistent with CWC’s recommendations. CWC then filed these comments supporting OFCCP’s formal request.
