With COVID-19 vaccines now approved, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has issued new written guidance, in the form of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) posted on the agency’s website, that begins to answer questions that employers may have about their vaccine policies and how they may interact with the federal antidiscrimination laws enforced by the EEOC.

The updated guidance, which expands on and adds new FAQs to the agency’s previously published What You Should Know About COVID-19 and the ADA, the Rehabilitation Act, and Other EEO Laws, is available on the EEOC’s website.
