One of the final actions taken by Craig Leen as Director of the Labor Department’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), was release of a report highlighting the findings of the agency’s “Section 503” focused reviews, one of Mr. Leen’s signature initiatives.
The 19-page report, available on OFCCP’s website, summarizes the results of Section 503 focused reviews that were completed by OFCCP in fiscal year 2020 (October 1, 2019 – September 30, 2020). Notably, none of the summarized reviews resulted in a finding of substantive violations. The report also includes a list of Section 503 agency resources and best practices.
