As we approach the fifteen-month mark of the Trump Administration — nearly one-third of the way through the President’s term — the majority of leadership positions at agencies responsible for regulating the workplace have now been filled. That said, a number of key leadership positions remain vacant, including at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and within the Department of Labor (DOL).

NT Lakis attorneys have put together a summary of the status of key leadership positions at the workplace regulatory agencies. Please note that our focus is on positions that require a Presidential nomination and Senate confirmation, although we have also included a few key appointive positions, such as at the DOL’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).

Also embedded in the summary are graphics that show the respective agencies’ organizational charts, with color coding indicating whether selected positions are confirmed, nominated but not confirmed, or not yet nominated.
