In light of the very active employment-related regulatory and policy agenda that has been pursued by federal enforcement agencies during the Obama Administration, NT Lakis lawyers have created a guide to the major new regulatory and sub-regulatory initiatives that have been implemented by the administration over the last several years, as well as the remaining previously announced initiatives that federal regulators hope to wrap up before President Obama leaves office.

Our “Federal Compliance Initiative Scorecard” focuses on those initiatives, both completed and still pending, undertaken by the Department of Labor — in particular the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and the Wage and Hour Division (WHD) — as well as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).  Our scorecard also includes a handful of employment-related initiatives taken by other regulators.

In addition to a brief narrative summary of each initiative, our Scorecard includes a handy “quick reference” chart listing all the initiatives summarized in the document.
